I have just returned from a very positive stay in this small hotel, spacious rooms. The staff are very nice, managed the parking on-site. The venue is on a marvellous location next to Also really close to several chain restaurants, and a mall and many restaurants.

The check-out staff was friendly and made me feel important.
The check-in staff was very rude & snappy. The room's plumbing didn't work. The room we were moved to had a door that looked beat up like someone tried breaking in to it. It was off track and had a gap at the top which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. The adjoining door's handle was broken and didn't looked locked. Very uncomfortable night.

Front desk staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was confortable and quiet which I appreciated since I was in town for a funeral.
Late night parking seemed too far to walk to main doors for a woman alone.

Michael was great at check in-very friendly and helpful despite Booked.net not getting my reservation fully set up.
The shower faucet head did not stay in one place and sprayed a large amount of water on the floor.
